  • I'm assuming (and hoping) that the Charleston @ Oak Ridge will match Naile and Thomas against each other. If that's the case, could be a real good one. I'll take Charleston though.

  • is the weather clear for the oak ridge game? if so i may attend

  • Radar looking threatening for the first time today over Oak Ridge, but it still says there is just like 30 percent chance of rain at worst until later tonight. So...I have no idea. Haha. But I'm going to head up that way anyway in a bit expecting/hoping for Naile and Thomas.

    Jax 13 Cape 6 final

    -- Posted by cerebral1 on Tue, Mar 29, 2011, at 6:36 PM
  • does mizzou have thomas on a pitch count or did they have the game in the bag when they pulled him?

-- Posted by mokin' on Tue, Mar 29, 2011, at 8:10 PM
  • Oak Ridge had Thomas on a pitch count. It's early and it was cold. He came out with one out and two on in the top of the fifth. Oak Ridge was winning 7-2 at the time.

-- Posted by Rachel Crader on Tue, Mar 29, 2011, at 8:20 PM
  • i commend the or high school coach for sticking to his pitch count and protecting the thomas kids arm even though the game was still not fully in the bag

-- Posted by mokin' on Tue, Mar 29, 2011, at 8:25 PM
  • I commend the coach also, too often coaches get caught up in wins and losses. I have attended a game already this spring on a cold, cold day, and the kid threw all 7 innings, had to be well over 100 pitches.
