High School Baseball Forum: New Baseball Dad needs Bag advice!

Title pretty much sums it up. My 12 year old son just got really interested in baseball and of course like most 12 year olds has not been able to about anything else since. The first thing I did was give him all my old gloves and bats but he didn't have a bag to put it all in that I trusted he could carry to and from the field and in and out of carpools. So I went to baseballbargains.com which I saw linked in this forum before and I went with this bag: http://www.baseballbargains.com/shop/easton-walk-off-bat-pack-a159013/. Is this a good one for a 12 year old? The guy on the phone was super helpful but I trust this site and am looking for some support/advice. Thanks!

  • Might wanna look at a new bat too. If he has your old ones I'm guessing they would be pretty old and they probably don't have much life left in em. The gloves 'may' be ok but the bats not so much.
