SEMO cross country sending 14 athletes to Midwest Regional (11/13/24)
During the 2024 Ohio Valley Conference cross-country meet the Redhawks qualified 14 runners for the Midwest Regional. Seniors Noah Little and Justin Splitt, juniors Jacob Blassingame, Clayton Eftink, and Byron Sowerby, sophomore Cade McCadams, and freshman Evan Fuller are competing on the men's side.
